Borneo was an impressive season where it set the stage for what is to come for the show so of course an second season has to improve and try to deliver more on what the first season brought and while in some ways i like Borneo more, The Australian Outback in some ways better than Borneo especially with its cast where every cast member is incredibly memorable even the pre-merge boots are memorable characters, we also see some of the most iconic castaways ever to appear on the show with the female winner Tina (who imo deserved the win), the challenge beast Colby Donaldson, the lovely and beautiful Amber who later won All-Stars and got married to Boston Rob, Jerri Manthey the first big villain of the show, the Black Widow, Jeff Varner who before he was known for outing Zeke, he was known for being the guy who jumped off for Peanut Butter, Kimmi Kappenberg the vegetarian and had that iconic fight with Alicia Calaway and Michael Skupin who before he was known for being accused of child pornography was known for being the first contestant to get evacuated from the game from passing out in the fire which was shown to be the true real moment on the show where the show aint always fun and games and it can get pretty real at times, not to mention the whole locale of australia is sooo breathtaking and makes me wish and hope they can visit different places down the road instead of being in Fiji and again seeing old aspects of the show makes me kinda miss them like this was the true start of the whole Car Curse situation which was always fun to look back on and people are still debating whether or not Tina or Colby should have won as Colby took the likeable Tina instead of the not liked Keith to the final two and would easily won against Colby and honestly i thought Tina was the deserving win in my book, this is one of those seasons where literally every cast member is memorable and has an standout moment, theres an reason why people still discuss Australian Outback to this day, it has everything an Survivor fan loves and i appreciate the season the more i think about it and so while it isnt in my Top 10, its still an top-notch season in my books
