Parasite is even better on second viewing :)

i figure i would rewatch this since it won best picture last night and Parasite was even better on repeated viewing, i loved it when i first saw it but i wasn't like "#1 best film of the year or best films of the decade" like everyone else even dought i can see why people would think that but on this watch i appreciated the film a lot more, idk if i would put it on my best of 2019 list if i did rewatch it but Parasite is truly an unpredictable and very unique film that hits every note very well with incredible directing, excellent performances and one of the most unpredictable stories i've seen in quite some time, the little tonal issues i had previously wasn't an issue this time but i would say the ending didn't hit me as much as i wanted it to but i am not complaining about this winning best Foreign language film, best original screenplay and hell even best director for Bong and i'm now more curious to check out his other films since Okja (which i wasn't an fan of) was the only one of his i haven't seen, i am happy with this film winning best picture and i can see myself loving it more down the road and maybe eventually i could see the film on the masterpiece level that everyone has been saying about this film :)
